TietoEnator’s Board recommends shareholders not to accept Nordic Capital’s offer
Nordic Capital made an offer for all the shares in TietoEnator at the beginning of April. Now TietoEnator’s Board of Directors has evaluated it and recommends shareholders not to accept the offer. The Board of Directors considers that the price offered does not reflect the true value of the company.
